Review of «Lover» in Agolpedeefecto

Lover was seen at the Teatro Fernán Gómez in Madrid in December 2018, as part of the Festival Madrionetas. In January 2019 the digital magazine Agolpedeefecto published this review.

This is a production that is small in format and appearance but large in what it holds, with an obvious message staged with such delicacy, truth, honesty and sweetness that it becomes a genuine visual and emotional pleasure. And it is precisely this delicacy and commitment on the part of Andrés Beladiez and Marta Marco, and the way they convey the love they have put into the making of this piece, that one notices first and that draws us straight into the unfolding of the story.
