2062 at the A PART festival in Katowice

On 15 June 2015, 2062 was presented at the Kinoteatr Rialto in Katowice, within the 21st A PART International Festival of Performing Arts, two years after zoomwooz had passed through the same stage. Na Stronie, the festival gazette, published a review and an interview in its second issue, both by Julia Kosmala.

Kracht and Beladiez are a duo of great potential and possibility, above all because they build the monumental message of the work with the help of minuscule works of art. […] «2062» is an unsettling, overwhelmingly authentic representation of the world. It is hard not to come away with the impression that this is a vision already coming true today.

In the interview, entitled «Odmieniając percepcję» — transforming perception —, they talk about technique, narrative and breaking the spectator’s frames:

It is important to surprise spectators, to draw them out of the frame they have settled into, so that they can see everything from another perspective, open themselves to a different perception and establish a new kind of connection. […] Perception is the key here.
